Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Guitar Super System mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Guitar Super System ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Guitar Super System is an online guitar education platform that provides access to video lessons, structured courses, and learning resources created by Tyler Larson (Music Is Win). The Service is available on iOS, Android, and the web.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription Plans
Access to course content requires an active subscription. We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing is displayed in the app and on our website prior to purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
In-App Purchases (iOS & Android)
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions)
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access to premium content will end.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service — including video lessons, course materials, images, graphics, and text — is owned by Guitar Super System and/or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
- Record, screen capture, or create derivative works from video lessons
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the content for any commercial purpose
- Circumvent any digital rights management or access controls
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Guitar instruction carries inherent risks. You are responsible for your own physical well-being while practicing techniques shown in our lessons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guitar Super System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
