I have been working my way up through the Music Theory Level one section and I am stuck on what to do next. I watched all the parts on triads and their different inversions and stuff like that and I'm not really sure where to go from there. Do I just practice those until I can get them down with no issues or is there something I'm supposed to be doing after that.

Let me tell you my experience. Finish the Theory sections. And start leaning songs and solos. You wont believe that the scales that he teaches and the rhythm Artists play are based on the exact thing.. I nailed Creeping Death Solo in 4 weeks not just because I practiced but because I could recognize the scale patterns from that modes lecture. Kirk is just playing that in the toughest parts of the solo.
