How do I sign in?

Click "Sign In" on the homepage and enter your email. We'll send you a magic link — click it to log in instantly. No password required.

I'm a current subscriber but can't access my account.

If you were previously subscribed through Vimeo OTT, your account has been migrated. Sign in with the same email you used on Vimeo and your subscription will be active. If you're still having trouble, email us.

What platforms is Guitar Super System available on?

Guitar Super System is available on the web, iPhone, and Android. Your progress syncs across all devices automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. You can cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage your subscription through their respective stores.

I'm not receiving the sign-in email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. The email comes from DoNotReply@guitarsupersystem.com. If it's not there, try again with the exact email you used to subscribe. Gmail users: check the Promotions tab.

Can I change my email address?

Email us at support@targuntech.com with your current email and the new one you'd like to use, and we'll update it for you.

Video not playing or buffering?

Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, let us know which lesson you're trying to watch and what device you're on.
