I'm not the only one who is paying for this service despite cancelling, am I? I haven't been a member since last and still get charged every month. I've messaged 100 times asking for Tyler to cancel and refund the money they took but nobody is answering.

Try calling the credit card company. Explain the situation to them and see if they can help you out.

Tyler doesn't run his app. He's got other people doing it for him.
